Kindergarten Registration for the
2012-2013 School Year

March 8 (last names starting A-L)
and
March 9 (last names starting M-Z)
from 8:30am to 1:30pm.

To register, your child must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2012.

What To Bring To Registration - The 5 Essentials:

1) Your Child. Your child will go through a hearing and academic screening. Please allow ample time to fill out paperwork and for screenings.

2) Your Child's Legal State Issued Birth Certificate with Seal. A mother?s copy or a hospital copy is not acceptable.

3) SC Certificate of Immunization. All immunizations must be recorded on a SC Certificate of Immunization. The Rock Hill Health Department provides this service; call 909-7300 for an appointment or for more information.

4) Proof of Fort Mill Residency. Acceptable documents include a deed, certificate of occupancy, closing statement indicating completion or rental lease agreement with official signatures, or a real estate tax receipt. Utility bills or vehicle property tax receipts are not accepted as proof of residency.

5) $25 Instructional Fee. A personal check, money order, or cash is accepted. Credit/debit cards cannot be processed. Checks are made payable to OPES.
